Lawyer since 1996, partner of NPA law firm.

She graduated at the “Università Statale” in Milan (1993) with discussion in Civil Law (factoring) and obtained the qualification degree for the legal profession at the “Appeal Court” in Milan (1996).
During her first years of profession, she had a predominant experience mainly in the field of bank law, commercial and business law, bankruptcy and atypical agreements (in particular factoring, leasing and franchising). Her numerous publications in corporate law date back to those years.
After a significant experience as legal counsel in the field of telecommunications (cinema and television productions), she had the occasion to continue in dealing with problems related to author’s rights and IP law (attending an IP Master, 2006).
Currently she provides legal assistance in the following areas: maintenance and protection of national, European and international industrial property rights (patents, trademarks, models, etc.); drafting of contracts concerning assignment, concession, and licensing of industrial and intellectual property rights; drafting of forms, disclaimers, and general conditions for websites and apps, especially marketplaces with e-commerce; assisting innovative start-ups; privacy compliance, such as: consent collection, appointments, impact assessments, preparation of electronic register of processing, data breach, web reputation for both individuals and legal persons, and right to be forgotten.
