Andrea Arfani

Lawyer.

After his Master’s Degree in Law, he graduated with honours from the Specialisation School for the Legal Professions and got a PhD with honours in Legal Sciences. He also won a research grant in Private Law. He is currently a professor on contract of Family and Juvenile Law at Parma University.
He has been a speaker at conferences and training courses on Guardianship Administration, Advance Directives for Health Care, Family and Child Law. He is furthermore author of Codice degli animali, published by La Tribuna and the monograph Animali e rapporti di diritto privato, published by ESI. He has also written several papers on guardianship administration, organ transplant, successions, and civil liability.
He obtained a certificate as a Consumer and Business Over-indebtedness Crisis Manager, as well as an online Master’s degree in IT Contract Law.
While on his PhD programme, he attended the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
He has acquired specific professional skills in Divorce Law, IT Contract Law, Internet Law, Succession Law, and Business Consulting.
