Office in Milan (drafting contracts in corporate and real estate matters). <br \/>She currently deals with judicial and extrajudicial activities, mainly in the field of financial contracts (factoring, invoice trading and lending) and banking; in particular, she deals with digital innovation in the financial sector (fintech, smart contracts), providing assistance to banks and financial intermediaries also in the preparation of contracts for the regulation of digital platforms.<br \/>She contributed to the drafting of the following texts: La Delegazione attiva in Le Vicende
