Associate Professor of Private Law Institutions at the University of Parma, where I also teach Internet Law and Artificial Intelligence Law.<\/p>\n

I am a licensed attorney qualified to practice in Higher Courts, and I earned a Ph.D. in Private Law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2003.<\/p>\n

My primary area of expertise lies in contract law, including atypical contracts. I have gained significant experience in financial intermediation (factoring) and the broader field of credit circulation, as well as insolvency procedures. I provide my services to leading financial institutions.<\/p>\n

I have served as a Board Member without executive duties and have been appointed as an arbitrator in various arbitration cases, including those entrusted to the administration of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. Prior to my professional career, I worked for an investment bank in Luxembourg in 1995.<\/p>\n

I have been a speaker at numerous conferences and webinars, and I am the author of over a hundred publications on contract law, obligations, guarantees, and inheritance law.<\/p>\n

Specifically, I am the author of the following monographs: “Private Autonomy and Inheritance Law” (Padova, 2009); “The Transferred Debtor” (Padova, 2012); “Credit Circulation in Insolvency Procedures” (Milan, 2018). I am also the editor of the volumes: “Credit Transfer Transactions” (Milan, 2020); “The Law of Damages” (Pisa, 2022); “Fintech: The Boundaries of Innovation in Finance” (Milan, 2022).<\/p>\n

I am a member of the Italian Society of Civil Law Scholars (SISDiC) and the Italian Civil Law Association.<\/p>\n
