Pietro Piccoli
Lawyer of NPA law firm since 2007.
He has graduated with honors at the University of Milan, with a degree in International Law.
His professional experience includes both judicial and extrajudicial activities, including at international level. In Court, he assists Italian and foreign companies in relation to corporate law, insolvency, insurance and intellectual property. He has a significant practice in finance litigation and factoring. Pietro participated in national and foreign arbitration proceedings.
In the extrajudicial field, he has gained relevant experience in negotiating and drafting of contracts related to civil, corporate, commercial law and IP (licenses of trademarks and patents, copyrights, unfair competition, media law, advertising and Internet).
Furthermore, it has carried out significant activities in corporate mergers and acquisitions (including participation in legal due diligence) and in project financing operations.
He has written for the Italian section of the European Cross-Border Insolvency: A Guide to Insolvency Procedures Across the European Union (Allen & Overy – London, 2004). He has also contributed to the drafting of the following texts: Le Vicende Traslative del Credito edited by A. Natale, Giuffrè, Milano, 2020; Fintech i confini dell’Innovazione nella finanza edited by A. Natale Giuffrè, Milano, 2022.
