Lawyer.
After graduating at the University of Salerno, with a thesis on Bankruptcy Law (2010), he passed the Bar at the Court of Appeal of Milan (2013); since 2012, he has been working with Natale, Pola e Associati law firm.
He provides legal advice and assistance in contractual matters to companies and private individuals and, over the years, he acquired significant professional experience in the resolution of labor law issues and in the fields of family law (support administrations, separations, divorces, etc.) and hereditary successions with particular focus on related litigation in court. He provides cosultancy and legal assistance in real estate and real estate law, as well as in the fields of condominium law, having often dealt with challenges to resolutions of meetings, legal assistance and drafting of opinions in favor of condominium administrations, evaluation of the professional responsibility of the condominium administrator, etc.
He has also contributed to the drafting of the following texts: Le Vicende Traslative del Credito (Giuffrè, Milano, 2020); Fintech i confini dell’Innovazione nella finanza (Giuffrè, Milano, 2022).
