Michele built up a significant professional experience and gained a specific competence in the following legal areas: commercial law, corporate law and M&A transactions.

Michele provides legal assistance in favour of medium companies and to both Italian and foreign multinational companies on corporate issues and, within the scope of extraordinary corporate transactions, he provides advice and assistance in relation to mergers, demergers, acquisitions and disposals of equity interests and businesses, incorporation of joint ventures and temporary corporate syndicates. He provides also legal assistance in the negotiation and drafting of business agreements.
Member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 of Italian companies and Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies.
Sport Judge at the Lombardy’s Regional Rugby Committee of the Italian Rugby Federation (F.I.R.).

He has also contributed to the drafting of the following texts: Le Vicende Traslative del Credito (Giuffrè, Milano, 2020); Fintech i confini dell’Innovazione nella finanza (Giuffrè, Milano, 2022).
