Graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (2000), he qualified as a lawyer at the Milan Court of Appeal.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in judicial and extrajudicial activities, mainly in the field of financial contracts (factoring and leasing) and insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy, composition with creditors, extraordinary administrations, bankruptcy revocatory actions, oppositions to the state of liabilities and relations with insolvency bodies).

He also deals with credit management in connection with mortgages, insurance contracts, liability claims and due diligence.

He is the author of several articles and contributions on factoring and insolvency proceedings.
