She graduated at the University of Milan with a thesis in Labor Law.
Before dedicating to the legal profession, she worked in the Legal and Regulatory Department of leading telecommunications companies, active in the provision of integrated broadband services (voice, internet – housing and hosting), gaining significant experience in the web, e-commerce and in privacy.
Afterwards, she carried out consultancy work at a Notary Office in Milan (drafting contracts in corporate and real estate matters).
She currently deals with judicial and extrajudicial activities, mainly in the field of financial contracts (factoring, invoice trading and lending) and banking; in particular, she deals with digital innovation in the financial sector (fintech, smart contracts), providing assistance to banks and financial intermediaries also in the preparation of contracts for the regulation of digital platforms.
She contributed to the drafting of the following texts: La Delegazione attiva in Le Vicende Traslative del Credito, edited by Andrea Natale, Milan, 2020; Privacy e sicurezza in Fintech the boundaries of innovation in finance, edited by Andrea Natale, Milan, 2022.
