Admitted to Bar Association in 1996, Pierfrancesco graduated with full marks at the University of Milan in 1993 with discussion in Civil Law, since 2011 he’s a licensed attorney qualified to practice in Higher Courts.
Owner of a law firm in Milan founded in 2000, Pierfrancesco gained a long experience in the field of litigation, both in court and in arbitrations. He provides legal advice and assistance in all types of disputes, with specific skills in the areas of banking law and financial services, real estate and corporate law.
In the field of banking law, Pierfrancesco has gained a long experience in advising one of the leading Italian credit institutions both in litigation, for medium-term loans, compound interest, usury and litigation in bankruptcy proceedings, and in debt collection.
For a leading retail operator, Pierfrancesco has provided legal advice and assistance, in and out of court, on the management of the real estate portfolio as well as drafting and negotiating contracts and all types of commercial agreements.
Member of the Supervisory Body for the application of the Code of Ethics and Conduct of leading companies.
Pierfrancesco is Senior Advisor for the Supply Chain Finance Observatory of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano.

He has also contributed to the drafting of the text: Fintech i confini dell’Innovazione nella finanza (Giuffrè, Milano, 2022).
